The Fondation de France recently launched two calls for proposals. The first titled "Sida, santé et développement: Genre et VIH" is directed towards NGOs. Deadline is 15 May 2011. The other, "AIDS, health and development: research projects", is directed towards researchers. Deadline is 28 February 2011.
